There really is no such thing as the good life, as in ‘one size fits all’ good life. A good life is really the unique, ‘no other quite like it in the world’ life that reflects the unique, one and only authentic self of the person living and creating that life. Our lives are like fingerprints - none are exactly like another. Unlike the fingerprints that we are born into the world with, however, the life we live is less defined by what we are born into the world with or the life we are given, and far more determined by the life we create, the one that is shaped by our hopes, values, beliefs, intentions, and actions.

agenda, come to their own answers, and take responsibility for their own lives. They are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole people. Coaching is NOT psychotherapy.
How Coaching is Different from Therapy
Coaching is about personal growth and accomplishment rather than healing. Coaching is NOT paychotherapy. It does not deal with the same issues and is not covered (nor should it be) by any health insurance policies. The purpose of coaching is to help people accomplish life goals, achieve positive life change, discover inner resources, and experience an authentic fulfilling life.
Who Hires a Personal Coach?
Coaching is for people who are mature and have a vision about what they want, yet need a jump start. A coach bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be. When you work with a coach, you get what you want faster and more efficiently than if you work alone.
