Coaching for Meaning and Purpose
Living a soul driven, authentic life is the only way to really live. Life Coaching that means anything at all includes the idea that ‘heart and soul’ matter. For some people, the most valuable aspect of coaching is in the realm of “In the beginning...” in which conceiving, recognizing, exploring, and understanding concepts of meaning, purpose, value, and place in the world in spiritual terms is what matters most. It is the work of realizing, trusting, and having the courage to know, respect, and live out of one’s true self.

Coaching for Clarity
Doug Ivestor, President of Coca Cola, is credited with saying: “Never let your memories be greater than your dreams.” One of the most valuable aspects of coaching is that it helps people get ‘unstuck’ through a process of values clarification, possibility thinking, and removal of barriers to the creative process. It helps us move away from fears, self-doubts, and limiting beliefs into a spacious place of possibilities, creative flow, and opens the door to that wellspring of energy that is necessary for forward action. In the words of Dale Carnegie, “Happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are or what you have, it depends solely on what you think.”

Coaching for Action
The great creator of The Mouse and the amazing worlds named for him, Walt Disney, said: “If you can DREAM it, you can DO IT.” Dreams are the necessary foundation and energy behind any kind of meaningful endeavor, but a dream without effort and action is at risk of becoming nothing more than another life regret if we don’t care for the dream by acting on it with energy and focus.
Remember: “I am a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have it.”
- Thomas Jefferson
