Hypnosis has been defined as focused mental attention, often associated with a relaxed physical body.
When hypnosis is used in a therapeutic setting for the purpose of creating positive change or enhancing
psychological, emotional, or physical health, it is referred to as hypnotherapy.

Research has shown that all hypnosis is 'self-hypnosis.' Everyone who learns to utilize the benefits of hypnosis
is using a process that God has given, entirely natural, and an ability that is possessed by the person practicing it,
not an expert creating it. When in hypnosis, people are awake, aware, and in control.

Sharyn Warren practices a style of hypnosis that encourages a sense of self-control at all times, comfort, and
confidence in self-utilization that doesn't require on-going dependency on her. Her credentials include
membership in and certification by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and she carries advanced
Diplomatic Status with the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists.
