Pregnancy and Childbirth

Having had two childbirth experiences, Sharyn is particularly pleased to teach these techniques to women who are interested in a labor and delivery experience that affords them personal control, comfortable and alert awareness, and minimal discomfort. Her objective is to make this initiatory and life-changing experience a positive, lasting memory that celebrates mastery, achievement and joy.
